A bento meal with rice cooked with chopped maitake mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, and carrots, topped with shimeji mushrooms. Served with grilled mackerel marinated in soy sauce, fried chicken, komatsuna and carrot dressed with sesame, and simmered sweet potato. This bento is served at room temperature, so you can eat it without heating it while out.
